Spatial Environment Evaluation of University Catering Building based on Analytic Hierarchy Process:A Case Study of Taiyuan University of Technology Restaurant
At present,traditional student canteens are unable to meet the requirements of teachers and students on the space environment of university catering buildings.The form of dining is monotonous and the functional configuration of kitchen facilities is single.This study takes Qingze canteen of Taiyuan University of Technology as an example.Based on the architectural space design level,architectural physics level,and operation management level,this study uses the evaluation method combined with the analytic hierarchy process and Delphi method to evaluate the factors influencing the spatial environmental quality of university catering buildings quantitatively,and makes scientific statistics to form a scientific basis.This paper explores the optimization direction of space design of college dining buildings,in order to provide references for enhancing the vitality and user comfort of college dining buildings.
