摘要
在媒介融合语境下,视频文创园区发展已深度嵌入文化赋能与科技创新的肌理中.研究发现马栏山园区显露出技术研发能力欠缺、服务管理水平不足以及产业结构分布失衡等问题.马栏山视频文创园区在品牌孵化、场景应用、版权保护及算力培育的过程中,不断增强文化品牌的国际传播,而且以音视频大模型建设促进数据平台的拓展.同时,加快"云、网、端"通用基础建设,强化集聚高端创新资源的关键支撑,完善集群生态链体系将成为发展新质生产力的关键节点.
Abstract
In the context of media convergence,the development of video cultural and creative parks has been deeply embedded in the texture of cultural empowerment and technological innovation.Nevertheless,research has found that the Malanshan Park exhibits issues such as technological research and development capabilities lack,service management levels insufficient,and imbalanced industrial structure.In the process of brand incubation,scene application,copyright protection,and computing power cultivation,Malanshan Video Cultural and Creative Park continuously enhances the international dissemination of cultural brands,and promotes the expansion of data platforms through the construction of audio and video large model.Accelerating the general infrastructure construction of"cloud,network,and terminal",strengthening the key support for gathering high-end innovation resources,and improving the cluster ecological chain system will become the key nodes for developing new-quality productivity.
