摘要
文章阐述了"双智"协同的内在逻辑,从政策标准、城市基础设施和产业生态3个方面分析了"双智"协同的外在影响.文章梳理了国外智能网联汽车的发展情况,介绍了我国智能网联汽车在政策、产业化和行业方向的发展情况,着重提出了我国目前在商业模式、技术标准和数据安全方面的问题,从完善商业模式、健全政策标准、强化安全保障体系方面提出了发展建议,并展望了产业未来.
Abstract
This paper elaborately expounds on the intrinsic logic of the dual-intelligence("intelligent connected vehicles(ICVs)"and"Smart city infrastructure")synergy,and analyzes external influence of dual-intelligence synergy from three aspects:policy standards,urban infrastructure,and industrial ecology.The paper reviews the relevant foreign policies of ICVs,introduces the development status of policies,industrialization,and industry orientation in China,and highlights issues faced domestically in terms of business models,technical standards,and data security.Suggestions are proposed from the perspectives of refining business models,improving policies and standards,and strengthening the security assurance system.The future prospects of the industry are also envisioned.
