Research on Adaptive Space Design for Talent Housing based on Open Building Theory
In the era of knowledge economy transformation,where talents are recognized as crucial resources,the design and construction of talent housing have become pressing needs.However,the long-term adaptability of talent housing necessitates further research and exploration.This paper analyzes the differentiated supply demand at the synchronic level and the flexible spatial demand at the diachronic level,and considers the unique role of Open Building theory for the spatial adaptability design of talent housing in Lingnan region by refining the characteristics of its climatic features,policy pattern and industrial situation.On this basis,combined with the relevant case studies,the study proposes the key points of adaptive space design for talent housing in Lingnan region,which includes flexible and multi-purpose living units and adaptable combinations of layouts.It is intended to provide reference for the practical development of longevity and sustainability of talent housing,and to lay the foundation for the advancement of flexible and open design of residential housing in the future.
