涉农高校风景园林专业乡村振兴人才培养探索与实践——以湖南农业大学湘耘团队为例

乡村振兴对人才的需求与涉农高校创新人才培养具有高度的耦合性.从涉农高校服务乡村振兴的教育改革必要性出发,以湖南农业大学风景园林专业湘耘团队为湘西州保靖县复兴镇甘溪村提供乡村空间活化利用、美丽庭院改造等相关实践服务工作为例,尝试从构建乡村振兴引导下的课程体系、开展项目式与实践式的教学模式、搭建产学研实践平台、开展"校企乡"人才合作培养等多方面,提出涉农高校风景园林专业乡村振兴人才培养的教育改革路径,从而激发高校智力支撑乡村的多元化、链条化、常态化,以期为涉农高校培育乡村振兴人才提供借鉴和参考.
Exploration and Practice of Cultivating Rural Revitalization Talents in Landscape Architecture Majors of Agricultural Universities:Taking the Xiangyun Team of Hunan Agricultural University as an Example
The demand for talents in rural revitalization is highly coupled with the cultivation of innovative talents in agricultural universities.Starting from the necessity of educational reform in serving rural revitalization in agricultural universities,this article takes the Xiangyun team of the Landscape Architecture major at Hunan Agricultural University as an example to provide practical services such as rural space revitalization and beautiful courtyard renovation in Ganxi village,Fuxing town,Baojing county,Xiangxi prefecture.Based on practical experience,this article attempts to propose an educational reform path for the landscape architecture major of agricultural universities to serve the cultivation of rural revitalization talents from various aspects such as building a curriculum system guided by rural revitalization,carrying out project-based and practical teaching models,building an industry university research practice platform,and carrying out"school enterprise township"talent cooperation training,in order to stimulate the diversification,chain,and normalization of intellectual support for rural areas in universities,and provide reference for agricultural universities to cultivate rural revitalization talents.
