Research on the Resilience Evaluation System and Framework Construction for Sponge Cities
This paper aims to introduce resilience theory and adopt a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods to deeply explore the dynamic stability and resilience of sponge cities in response to extreme climate events,and then construct a systematic framework for comprehensively evaluating the resilience of sponge cities.
