摘要

城市化不断推进和产业结构快速转型,留下了大量旧工业区遗存,作为存量资源和城市记忆的重要组成部分,其保护利用与更新逐渐成为城市发展中的核心议题.如何修补城市功能,延续工业文脉,焕发空间活力是旧工业区更新过程中亟待解决的问题.以城市双修为视角,梳理哈尔滨旧工业区特性,以江北船厂为例,分析其发展优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,确立其发展定位,制定城市双修视角下的旧工业区更新设计策略;同时,丰富城市双修的理论基础,以期为城市旧工业区更新提供依据和借鉴.

Abstract

With the continuous promotion of urbanization and the rapid transformation of industrial structure,a large number of old industrial areas are left behind,and as an important part of the stock of resources and urban memory,their protection,utilization and renewal have gradually become a core issue in urban development.How to repair urban functions,continue the industrial culture and revitalize spatial vitality is an urgent problem to be solved in the process of renewing old industrial areas.The article takes urban dual repair as the perspective,combs through the characteristics of old industrial areas in Harbin,takes Jiangbei Shipyard as an example,analyzes its development advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges,establishes its development orientation,and formulates the design strategy for the renewal of old industrial areas under the perspective of urban dual repair;at the same time,enriches the theoretical basis of urban dual repair,in order to provide a basis for the renewal of the city's old industrial areas and draw lessons from it.
