The Study on the Spatial Environment Improvement Strategy of the Old Community under the Home Care Mode:Taking Liyuan Community of Beijing as an Example
The old community environment built in the last century in china is difficult to adapt to the needs of the elderly's daily life.It is particularly urgent to adapt the aging transformation of the elderly living environment during the critical period of aging transformation of the stock housing.This paper analyzes the characteristics and needs of the elderly under the home-based care mode,and combines the aging adaptation transformation practices at home and abroad to summarize the multi-compound,universal,and flexible transformation strategies,which are applied in the renovation design of Beijing Liyuan residential district,in order to provide reference for the improvement of the spatial environment of the old residential districts.
