This study aiming at the dilemma of"the county level is uneven,and the grassroots public service force is relatively weak","the central urban area is unbalanced,and high-quality resources are overly concentrated","it is difficult to grasp the depth of multi-category public service spatial planning",and"it is difficult to promote the total amount of planning based on population"in the planning of public service facilities,this paper takes the special planning of public service facilities in Miluo City as an example to construct the technical route for the preparation of special planning of public service facilities,and puts forward planning strategies from the aspects of"addressing facility deficiencies,establishing a planning framework,clarifying the content of planning transmission,and optimizing spatial layout",so as to provide reference for the special planning of similar public service facilities.
