Discussion on the Development Path of New Urbanization in Hunan Province for High-quality Development
For high-quality development,new urbanization is one of the important development drivers.This paper analyzes the characteristics and trends of the development of new urbanization in Hunan Province,and discusses the development path of new urbanization.The results show that:(1)In terms of the current characteristics,the urban spatial system is gradually optimized,and the income of urban and rural residents is steadily increasing,but it is facing the problems of insufficient core driving capacity of provincial capitals,deepening population aging year by year,net outflow of population,and unbalanced development of urban and rural areas.(2)In terms of development trends,the growth rate of urbanization level will slow down,the urban structure will diverge from the point axis to the multi-point network,the change of population structure will lead to new demands,the county town will be an important carrier of new urbanization,and the population flow will be near-regional.(3)Under the three forces of strategic requirements,problems challenging,and trend driving,it is proposed to promote the realization of higher-quality urbanization of agricultural transfer population,optimize the formation of a more efficient urbanization pattern,implement refined high-level governance,build a future-oriented modern city,and promote the overall promotion of new urbanization and comprehensive rural revitalization.
