Analysis on the Protection and Development of Historical and Cultural Towns under the Transformation of Thinking Patterns:Taking Dingcheng Town in Ding'an County as an Example
The protection and development of historical and cultural towns and villages need to explore differentiated characteristic paths in the context of the national spatial system and new policies.Starting from the actual situation of Dingcheng town in Ding'an county,this article takes the compiled protection plan and detailed control plan as the starting point to propose the problems faced by the protection and development of historical towns,such as functional decline,insufficient tourism development and utilization,multiple construction constraints,and unclear planning and implementation policies.It clarifies the strategies and paths for the protection and development of historical towns,including thinking transformation,path innovation,renewal and utilization,rigid and elastic combination,and dynamic development,to achieve the development of ancient cities through protection and development,and provide meaningful reference for the protection and development of historical and cultural towns in other regions.
