城中村更新改造从全面拆除重建向渐近式更新转变,需要多元量化分析工具的介入.在不同尺度和设计阶段应用多种空间句法模型,并与POI(Points of Interest)空间数据分析相结合,对平顶山市某城中村的更新设计进行研究.在城市尺度建立线段模型,支撑概念设计阶段的总体功能布局;在街区尺度进行轴线模型、视线分析和人流模拟分析,支撑详细设计阶段的公共空间改造和业态布局.研究过程中运用多种公开数据,为在缺乏数据的情况下对城市空间进行定量分析提供了参考.
Application of Multivariate Quantitative Analysis in Renewal Design of Urban Village:Taking an Urban Village in Pingdingshan City as an Example
The renewal and reconstruction of urban villages has shifted from comprehensive demolition and reconstruction to gradual renewal and the intervention of multivariate quantitative analysis tools is required.This paper applied a variety of space syntax models at different scales and design stages,and combined it with POI(point of interest)spatial data analysis to study the renewal and transformation of an urban village in Pingdingshan city.At the city scale,a segment model was established to support the overall functional layout in the conceptual design phase.At the community scale,axis models,visibility analysis,and pedestrian flow simulations were conducted,to support the public space transformation and business layout in the detailed design phase.During the research,various open data were utilized,providing a reference for quantitative analysis of urban space in data-limited situations.
