Study on Transmission and Prevention of Respiratory Infectious Diseases in Transportation Vehicles
Transportation is a high-density crowd gathering place,in which the spread of respiratory infectious diseases has become a topic of great concern in recent years. In this paper,we take the transportation as the object.First, the conditions and pathways of respiratory infectious disease transmission and the factors affecting the spread of respiratory infectious diseases are introduced.Second, the Wells-Riley model, which is the most commonly used model for predicting the spread of respiratory infectious diseases,is introduced. Finally, the study of the Wells-Riley model led to the proposal of different preventive measures and the analysis of their effectiveness in reducing the probability of contracting respiratory infections. It has been found that wearing masks, reducing the running time of transport, and increasing ventilation can effectively reduce the probability of contracting respiratory infectious diseases.Through the research on the spread of respiratory infectious diseases and preventive measures in transportation,it can provide theoretical support for reducing the spread of respiratory infectious diseases among people in transportation.
