摘要

在存量时代,城市更新旨在恢复城市空间活力和促进经济可持续发展.作为城市更新的主要构成部分,工业遗产更新面临功能同质化及活力不足等问题.通过梳理现行政策文件、分析实践案例经验,得出职住平衡是应对城市挑战、激发全时活力的关键,并指出混合用地和功能复合是工业遗产更新中达成职住平衡、提升空间品质的有效途径,进一步探讨了创新土地利用政策和多方协作机制,为工业遗产更新和激发全时活力提供策略性建议.

Abstract

In the era of stock,urban renewal aims to revitalize urban vitality and foster sustainable economic growth.Industrial heritage renewal,a key component of urban renewal,confronts challenges such as functional homogenization and lack of vitality.This study,by reviewing policies and case experiences,concludes that achieving job-housing balance is essential for tackling urban challenges and stimulating"24/7 vitality".It advocates mixed land use and functional integration as effective strategies for enhancing space quality in industrial heritage renewal,proposing innovative land policies and collaborative mechanisms to stimulate urban"24/7 vitality".
