With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the large-scale demolition and reconstruction model for block renewal is gradually fading.Instead,small-scale and low-cost micro-renewal models have emerged as new avenues under the current sustainable development principles.This paper adopts the theoretical perspective of"urban acupuncture",in conjunction with the transformation practices in Yiyang's old city block,and explores an"acupuncture-style"organic path model for old city blocks.It proposes a progressive renewal path for urban acupuncture,emphasizing overall balance in functional structure,interconnected venation and activating key points,and provides reference for relevant practices.
