Research on the Identification of Urban Center System in Hangzhou Main Urban Area based on Multi-source Data
In today's stabilized urbanization process, cities need to adapt to the new development environment through the optimization and adjustment of internal functions, shifting from quantitative expansion to qualitative improvement,to better reflect the people-oriented development philosophy. The urban center system serves as the skeletal system of a city, and a thorough understanding of it holds significant practical implications for promoting the optimization of existing urban spaces. This study takes the three aspects of business types, vitality, and development intensity as the basis, using Hangzhou's main urban area as a case study.Through screening, statistical analysis, and spatial clustering identification of POI(Point of Interest)public facility data,Weibo check-in data,as well as building and land use data within the study area, individual identification results are obtained and superimposed to reveal the spatial distribution characteristics of the urban center system in Hangzhou's main urban area.Furthermore, the study delves into the specific implementation of development goals set by previous urban master plans.
