Research on the Value of Abandoned Industrial Buildings:Taking Jinshi Thermal Power Plant as an Example
The renovation of abandoned industrial buildings has become a matter of great concern to the society.However,due to insufficient previous research,the transformation of abandoned industrial buildings in many places has not achieved good results.This study takes Jinshi Thermal Power Plant as the research object,evaluates the value of abandoned industrial buildings according to the local industrial culture and people's needs,and proposes promotion strategies.The research steps are divided into three steps:first,the current situation of waste industrial buildings in thermal power plants is analyzed,the classification system of waste industrial building elements is constructed,and the waste industrial buildings are classified and analyzed;then the value of abandoned industrial buildings is analyzed and a value evaluation system for them is built;finally,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and yaahp software,the weight value of each index of the value of abandoned industrial buildings is calculated,the reasons for the high and low value weight value are analyzed,and the factor factors that greatly enhance the value of abandoned industrial buildings in thermal power plants are summarized,and effective and reasonable value enhancement strategies are proposed.
