在国家智能建造战略的推动下,深入剖析土木类专业人才培养模式的创新路径,旨在系统性地审视当前土木类专业人才培养的现状与问题,结合行业发展需求,全面总结多层次、多维度的育人探索和教学改革策略.采用文献综述、案例分析及实证调查,系统总结改革路径.结果显示:优化课程体系、强化实践教学、建设高水平师资队伍及深化产学研合作对于提升学生创新与实践能力具有明显作用,可以提高人才培养质量,拓宽就业渠道,对推动智能建造战略具有重要意义.
Research on the Innovation and Reform of College Civil Engineering Talent Training Mode Driven by Intelligent Construction Strategy
Driven by the national intelligent construction strategy,this paper deeply analyzes the new path of civil engineering professional talent training mode.It aims to systematically examine the current status and problems of civil engineering professional talent training,and comprehensively summarize the multi-level and multi-dimensional education reform strategies in combination with the development needs of the industry.literature review,case analysis,and empirical investigation are used to systematically summarize the reform ideas.The results show that optimizing the curriculum system,strengthening practical teaching,building high-level teaching staff,and deepening industry-university-research cooperation have obvious effects on improving students'innovation and practice ability,can improve the quality of talent training and broaden employment channels,and is of great significance for promoting the strategy of intelligent construction.
