Design Effect and Timing Control Practices in Design General Contracting:Taking Longgang Children's Park Project as an Example
After experiencing a period of high-speed turnover in construction,the current construction engineering has gradually shifted to a new stage of refined and quality development;accordingly,the pattern of architectural design also urgently needs to change its working methods to adapt to the changes in the industry.Against this backdrop,the design general contracting model is increasingly becoming the mainstream trend in the industry.This article takes Longgang Children's park project as a practice case,under the framework of design general contracting,introduces the concept of architect responsibility system,establishes a"chief designe"team,provides specialized services for various aspects of the project,implements design concepts,achieves cross-disciplinary integration and overall design timing control,and offers design services during the construction phase,providing a reference for future practical applications.
