目的 探索氨氯地平贝那普利片对原发性高血压患者血管内皮功能的影响.方法 选取 2022 至 2023 年绍兴市人民医院收治的原发性高血压患者 100 例,随机均分为实验组和对照组.实验组 50 例采用氨氯地平贝那普利片治疗,对照组 50 例采用苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗.两组均连续治疗 12 周.在患者接受治疗的第 12 周后进行门诊随访.对两组患者治疗前后坐位血压、血清一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)及内皮素-1(endothelin-1,ET-1)水平、反应性充血指数(reactive hyperemia index,RHI)水平变化及治疗中不良反应等情况进行比较.结果 两组患者在治疗前后,其坐位收缩压和舒张压均呈现显著下降(P<0.05),与对照组比较,实验组在治疗后的血压下降幅度更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后实验组RHI较对照组升高更明显(P<0.05),实验组的ET-l水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),NO水平高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 氨氯地平贝那普利片在治疗原发性高血压方面表现出显著且安全的疗效,它能够有效地降低患者的血压水平,并显著改善血管内的功能障碍.
Amlodipine benazepril tablets on vascular endothelial function in patients with essential hypertension
Objective To investigate the impact of amlodipine benazepril tablets on the functionality of vascular endothelium among patients diagnosed with essential hypertension.Methods From 2022 to 2023,One hundred cases of essential hypertension patients admitted to Shaoxing People's Hospital were selected.The participants were randomly assigned to two different groups:an experimental group and a control group,with each group comprising 50 cases.The experimental group(n=50)received treatment with Amlodipine Benazepril Tablets,while the control group(n=50)received treatment with amlodipine besylate tablets.Both groups underwent continuous treatment for 12 weeks,with patients undergoing follow-up visits in the outpatient department precisely at the 12-week mark post-treatment.We compared the changes in seated blood pressure,serum nitric oxide(NO),endothelin-1(ET-1)levels before and after treatment,levels of reactive hyperemia index(RHI),and adverse reactions during treatment between two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the sitting systolic and diastolic blood pressures of patients in both groups decreased significantly compared to before treatment(P<0.05),and the reductions were significantly greater in the experimental group compared to the control group(P<0.05).However,the difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Following treatment,the experimental group exhibited a notably greater increase in the RHI compared to the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the level of ET-1 in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),while the level of NO was significantly higher in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Amlodipine benazepril tablets have definite and safe therapeutic effects on patients with primary hypertension,can significantly reduce blood pressure,and improve vascular endothelial dysfunction.
