Amlodipine benazepril tablets on vascular endothelial function in patients with essential hypertension
Objective To investigate the impact of amlodipine benazepril tablets on the functionality of vascular endothelium among patients diagnosed with essential hypertension. Methods From 2022 to 2023,One hundred cases of essential hypertension patients admitted to Shaoxing People's Hospital were selected. The participants were randomly assigned to two different groups:an experimental group and a control group, with each group comprising 50 cases. The experimental group(n=50)received treatment with Amlodipine Benazepril Tablets, while the control group(n=50)received treatment with amlodipine besylate tablets. Both groups underwent continuous treatment for 12 weeks, with patients undergoing follow-up visits in the outpatient department precisely at the 12-week mark post-treatment.We compared the changes in seated blood pressure, serum nitric oxide(NO),endothelin-1(ET-1)levels before and after treatment, levels of reactive hyperemia index(RHI),and adverse reactions during treatment between two groups of patients. Results After treatment, the sitting systolic and diastolic blood pressures of patients in both groups decreased significantly compared to before treatment(P<0.05),and the reductions were significantly greater in the experimental group compared to the control group(P<0.05).However,the difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Following treatment, the experimental group exhibited a notably greater increase in the RHI compared to the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the level of ET-1 in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),while the level of NO was significantly higher in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Amlodipine benazepril tablets have definite and safe therapeutic effects on patients with primary hypertension, can significantly reduce blood pressure, and improve vascular endothelial dysfunction.
