目的 探讨硫必利、维生素B12联合经颅磁刺激(transcranial magnetic stimulation,TMS)治疗儿童抽动障碍(tic disorder,TD)的疗效及其对血清S100β蛋白的影响.方法 选取2021年9月至2023年9月厦门市中医院收治的TD患儿100例,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例.对照组患儿给予硫必利、维生素B12治疗,观察组患儿给予硫必利、维生素B12联合TMS治疗,观察两组患儿的临床疗效、血清S100β蛋白水平、神经功能和不良反应.结果 观察组患儿的总有效率显著高于对照组(x2=6.061,P=0.014).治疗后,两组患儿的血清S100β蛋白水平均显著低于本组治疗前,感觉、运动评分均显著高于本组治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组患儿的血清S100β蛋白水平显著低于对照组,感觉、运动评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05).两组患儿的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(x2=0.177,P=0.674).结论 硫必利、维生素B12联合TMS治疗TD患儿的疗效显著,能够降低血清S100β蛋白水平,有效改善神经功能,且安全性良好.
Curative effect of tiapride,vitamin B12 combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation on children with tic disorder
Objective To investigate the efficacy of tiapride,vitamin B12 combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS)in the treatment of children with tic disorder(TD)and the effect on serum S100β protein.Methods A total of 100 children with TD treated in Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tiapride and vitamin B12,and the observation group was treated with tiapride and vitamin B12 combined with TMS.The clinical efficacy,serum S100β protein level,neurological function and adverse reactions of two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(x2=6.061,P=0.014).After treatment,serum S100β protein levels in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and sensory and motor scores were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05).The serum S100β protein level in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,and sensory and motor scores were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(x2=0.177,P=0.674).Conclusion Tiapride and vitamin B12 combined with TMS have significant efficacy in treatment of TD children,which can reduce the level of serum S100β protein,effectively improve nerve function,and have good safety.
