Discussion on the prescription and medication rule of Chinese medicine in treating lung cancer at the stage of non-tumor rehabilitation based on the theory of drug properties
Objective To analyze the rule of Chinese medicine in the treatment of lung cancer at the stage of non-tumor rehabilitation by using the theory of Chinese medicine properties. Methods Based on the outpatient medical record system, the basic information and relevant prescriptions of lung cancer patients in the tumor-free rehabilitation stage treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University from January 1,2018 to December 31,2020 were screened and sorted out.Software was used to classify the drugs according to drug name, property, taste, channel grouping and efficacy. Results Data mining included 460 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine, involving 208 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine, and the cumulative frequency of drug use was 9158 times. The drug properties were mostly cold, warm and mild, the drug flavors were mainly sweet, pungent and bitter, the main channel of drugs was lung and spleen, and the main drug effects were clearing heat, tonifying deficiency, resolving phlegm, relieving cough and relieving asthma.Among the prescription drugs,Fagopyrum tataricum,Coix seed,Malt,Fritillaria thunbergii,Cortex Mori,Herba Lithospermi,Radix Ranunculi,Semen Armeniacae Amarum,Pinellia ternata,Poria,Radix Codonopsis,Radix Astragali,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Cortex Lycii and Euphorbia helioscopia are used more than 200 times, which is the core prescription of traditional Chinese medicine for treating lung cancer in the stage of non-tumor rehabilitation. Conclusion The core pathogenesis of lung cancer in tumor-free rehabilitation stage is Qi deficiency and phlegm obstruction.Attention should be paid to the changes of Qi movement of zang-fu organs. The prescription of"combination of clearing and tonifying, lung and spleen coordination, regulating Qi first"can achieve the curative effect of eliminating phlegm, nourishing Qi and eliminating accumulation, which is worthy of further research and application.
