三七营养成分分析与比较

本研究以三七为原料,分别对三七根、根茎、花进行营养成分分析,并与相关研究资料比较,进行营养学评价.结果显示,三七花的蛋白质成分为23.96%;粗脂肪含量为1.73%;多糖含量0.115%;灰分含量7.30%;三七花营养价值较高,是一种高蛋白低脂肪的药食同源类植物,可作为保健食品和药物的优质原料.
This study analyzes the nutrition of notoginseng root, rhizome and flower. Then it makes comparison with other researches and evaluates from the perspective of nutrition. Research results show the nutrition proportion in the notoginseng flowers are the following:proteins 23.96%; crude fat1.73%; polysaccharide 0.115%; ash 7.30%. Being nutritious, high-protein and low-fat, notoginseng flowers, which is a kind of medical and edible plant, can be used as the raw material of health-care food and drugs.
