In order to find out the diet of vocational college students, and find out their nutritious status, the author conducted an investigation about the students' nutriology knowledge, food habits and alimentation conditions, in which 374 students from Inner Mongolia Business & Trade Vocational College are involved. With 24-hour retrospective studies, the analysis shows that vocational college students do not ingest enough calcium, iron, fruits and dairy products. Meanwhile, the ingestion of fishes and shrimps is inadequate. The findings indicate that the diet structure of vocational college students is not scientific; therefore, nutritious knowledge should be publicized and improved, guidance for reasonable nutrients and balanced diet should be offered. All these wil be the evidences for a better health education.
