Objective:To determine the calcium concentration in ordinary milk and high calcium milk.Methods:Milk samples were treated by dry-ashing method, the calcium concentration of milk samples were determined by EDTA titration. Results:The result showed that the calcium concentration of ordinary milk was 104.2 mg/100g, the calcium concentration of ordinary yoghurt was 105.2 mg/100g, the calcium concentration of high calcium milk was 118.1mg/100g, the calcium concentration of high calcium yoghurt was 115.1mg/100g. Conclusion: There was so little difference between calcium concentration in ordinary milk and high calcium milk, Calcium supplementation by drinking ordinary milk is more economical.
