Curriculum construction is an important part of improving quality of teaching and deepening educational reform. The problems existed during the efficient construction course of Moodle network course was briefly discussed, and how to improve the network course teaching quality of Food Nutrition and Hygiene by methods of improving students' network learning self-efficacy, paying attention to the combination of e-teaching and traditional classroom learning, using reasonable evaluation methods and evaluation criteria etc. with my own practice experience was explored in this paper.
