With the development of global economy, table manners become more and more important than ever before.This paper wil focus on the comparison and contrast of table manners between China and Western country. Through comparison, we can find that the differences between Chinese and Western table manners. Knowing the differences, we have a better understanding of the respective cultural traditions of China and the west,and it will promote the cross-cultural communication and cooperation.
