摘要

目的::建立保健酒中粗多糖含量的测定方法。方法:采用醇提醇沉水溶法从保健酒中提取粗多糖,经苯酚-硫酸显色后用分光光度法测定其含量。结果:方法线性范围为粗多糖含量0-0.15mg/mL,回归方程为Y=0.0034X+0.0021,线性系数0.9995,加标回收率为96.2%-100.9%。结论:此方法操作简便,回收率高,可用于测定保健酒中粗多糖的含量。

Abstract

Objective:To establish a method for determination of polysaccharides in health wine.Methods:The polysaccharides in health wine which was extracted by ethanol and dissolved by hot-water, was in ultraviolet spectrophotometry determination with phenol-sulfuric acid as chromogenicagent.Results:The linear range of the method was 0-0.15mg/mL,The linear regression equation and correlation coefficient was y=0.0034x+0.0021 and 0.9995, the recoveries were 96.2%-100.9%. Conclution:This method is suitable for detecting polysaccharides in health wine with the advantages of high recovery rate and easy operation.
