摘要

枸杞多糖是枸杞的主要活性成分之一,近年来因其具有抗肿瘤和抗氧化等功能作用成为研究的热点。本文论述了枸杞多糖所具有的生物活性的研究进展,对枸杞多糖目前的研究中存在的问题及相关产业的开发进行探讨与展望。

Abstract

As the major biological activity components, Lycium barbarum polysaccharides have attracted tremendous attentions due to their antitumor and immunoregulation functions. Current research progress in the structure characterization and biological activities of polysaccharides from Lycium barbarum are reviewed in this paper.Meanwhile, problems encountered during the investigations ofLycium barbarum polysaccharidesare also discussed, which will provide a useful guidance for future studies.
