Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Valsartan combined with Amlodipine in the treatment of essential hypertension.Method:One hundred and twenty patients with essential hypertension who admitted to Lianyungang City Ganyu District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,60 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Valsartan combined with Hydrochlorothiazide,and the observation group was treated with Valsartan combined with Amlodipine.The therapeutic effect,nitric oxide(NO)and endothelin-1(ET-1),systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP),and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in NO,ET-1,SBP and DBP between two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,NO in two groups were higher than those before treatment,ET-1,SBP and DBP were lower than those before treatment,and NO in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,ET-1,SBP and DBP were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Valsartan combined with Amlodipine can effectively reduce blood pressure,regulate vascular endothelial function,exert a protective effect on vascular endothelium,and the treatment is also safe.
