Clinical Study of Low Frequency Pulsed Electrical Stimulation Combined with Buzhong Yiqi Pills in the Treatment of Pelvic Floor Dysfunction after Total Hysterectomy
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of low frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with Buzhong Yiqi Pills in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD)after total hysterectomy.Method:A total of 110 patients with PFD after total hysterectomy treated in Yangjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation training,and the treatment group was given low frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with Buzhong Yiqi Pills.Pelvic floor muscle strength,pelvic organ prolapse(POP)grading,stress urinary incontinence(SUI)grading,sexual satisfaction before and after treatment and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in pelvic floor muscle strength between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the pelvic floor muscle strength in both groups were better than those before treatment,and the treatment group was better than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences between the two groups in anterior vaginal wall bulge grading and posterior vaginal wall bulge grading(P>0.05).After treatment,anterior vaginal wall bulge grading and posterior vaginal wall bulge grading in both groups were better than those before treatment,and the gradings in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in SUI grading between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,SUI grading in both groups were better than those before treatment,and the grading in the treatment group was better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in female sexual function index(FSFI)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,FSFI scores in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the treatment group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with Buzhong Yiqi Pills has significant clinical effect in the treatment of PFD after total hysterectomy,which can effectively improve the strength of the pelvic floor muscle,improve the degree of POP and SUI,and enhance sexual satisfaction.
