Effect of Modified Chenpi Decoction on Patients Undergoing Ureteroscopic Lithotripsy through Natural Channels
Objective:To effect of modified Chenpi Decoction on patients undergoing ureteroscopic lithotripsy through natural channels.Method:A total of 120 patients with upper urinary tract stones admitted to the Department of Urology of Jiangmen Wuyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to computer-generated random number method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ureteroscopic lithotripsy through natural channels, and the observation group was treated with modified Chenpi Decoction on the basis of control group. The gastrointestinal dysfunction, intestinal gas and liver and kidney function of the two groups were observed.Result:The incidence of digestive tract dysfunction in the observation group was 16.67%,which was lower than 63.33%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients with mild pneumatosis in the observation group were more than those in the control group, and the patients with severe pneumatosis were significantly less than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 d after surgery, there were no significant differences in liver and kidney function between the two groups(P>0.05).At 3 d after surgery, the levels of serum creatinine, serum uric acid, alanine aminotransferase and albumin in two groups were significantly lower than those at 1 d after surgery, and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Chenpi Decoction can significantly improve the digestive tract function of patients undergoing ureteroscopic lithotripsy through natural channels, reduce the incidence of digestive tract dysfunction, relieve intestinal gas and improve the liver and kidney function of patients.
