Effect of Recombinant Human Interferon α2b Vaginal Effervescent Tablets in the Treatment of Cervical High-risk HPV Infection
Objective:To explore the effect of Recombinant Human Interferon α2b Vaginal Effervescent Tablets in the Treatment of cervical high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Method:A total of 124 patients with cervical high-risk HPV infection who admitted to Wuxi Rehabilitation Hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects,124 patients were divided into the observation group(n=62)and control group(n=62)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Sodium Chlorophosphate Injection,while the observation group was treated with Recombinant Human Interferon α2b Vaginal Effervescent Tablets.The HPV clearance rate,clinical effect,serum inflammatory factor and T lymphocyte levels of two groups were compared.Result:The HPV clearance rate in the observation group was 90.32%,which was higher than 72.58%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.024,P=0.025).The total effective rate in the observation group was 87.10%,which was higher than 69.35%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.508,P=0.011).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-1(IL-1)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and which in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of T lymphocytes in two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the level of CD8+ in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while the levels of CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ and CD3+ were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Recombinant Human Interferon α2b Vaginal Effervescent Tablets can improve the cellular immunity of patients with cervical high-risk HPV infection,reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,thereby increase the HPV clearance rate and relieving clinical symptoms.
