Effect of Xiao'er Resuqing Granules Combined with Interferon and Acyclovir on Children with Herpangina
Objective:To investigate the effect of Xiao'er Resuqing Granules combined with Interferon and Acyclovir in the treatment of children with herpangina.Method:A total of 78 children with herpangina who treated in Xianning City Xian'an District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the observation group and the control group by coin toss method,with 39 cases in each group.Two groups were given conventional treatment,and the control group was treated with Acyclovir and Interferon,the observation group was treated with Xiao'er Resuqing Granules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels,immune function,clinical symptom improvement time and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and which in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin M(IgM),immunoglobulin A(IgA)and immunoglobulin G(IgG)in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and which in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the improvement times of clinical symptoms in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xiao'er Resuqing Granules combined with Interferon and Acyclovir in the treatment of children with herpangina can promote the regression of clinical symptoms,relieve inflammation,regulate immune function,improve clinical efficacy,and will not increase adverse reactions.
