Application Value of Multi-slice Spiral CT in the Diagnosis of Bronchiectasis
Objective:To explore the value of multi-slice spiral CT in the clinical diagnosis of bronchiectasis.Method:A total of 85 patients with suspected bronchiectasis admitted to Xinglin Branch of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from November 2020 to November 2022 were selected as observation objects.All the selected patients were sent to the Imaging Department for routine CT,multi-slice spiral CT and bronchography.The efficacy of CT imaging in the diagnosis of bronchiectasis was evaluated with the results of bronchography as the gold standard,and the imaging findings of different types of bronchiectasis lesions in multi-slice spiral CT were observed.Result:Of the 85 subjects,a total of 77 cases were diagnosed with bronchiectasis,and 117 lung segments with bronchiectasis were detected.The diagnostic accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT of disesed lung segments in bronchiectasis was 94.87%,which was higher than 76.92%of routine CT,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Multi-slice spiral CT images of patients with different types of bronchiectasis were mainly divided into cystic type,columnar type,varicose type,and mixed type,among which mixed type can present two or even three signs at the same time according to the different types of mixing.Conclusion:Compared with routine CT,the application of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of bronchiectasis can more comprehensively show the lesions of the bronchial cavity,providing a rich imaging diagnosis basis for the clinic and laying a good foundation for improving the diagnostic efficiency.
