Role of Dual Blocking Program Care in Preventing the Deep Vein Thrombosis after Cesarean Section
Objective:To analyze the role of dual blocking program care in preventing the prevention of deep vein thrombosis(DVT)after cesarean section.Method:A total of 120 puerperas of cesarean section admitted to Nantong Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects, and the puerperas were divided into control group and study group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group implemented routine care, and the study group implemented dual blocking program care. The DVT,activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),plasma prothrombin time(PT),fibrinogen(FIB)level, common femoral vein, carmine vein, iliac vein blood flow were compared between the two groups.Result:The incidence of DVT in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 d of surgery, the APTT and PT levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the FIB level was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 d of surgery, the blood flow rate of the total femoral vein, the carmine vein and the iliac vein in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of dual blocking procedure nursing in patients after cesarean section can reduce the influences on coagulation index and venous blood flow rate, and effectively reduce the risk of DVT.
