Application Effect of Individualized Nursing in Patients Undergoing Gallstone Surgery
Objective:To explore the application effect of individualized nursing in patients undergoing gallstone surgery.Method:A total of 90 patients undergoing gallstone surgery admitted to Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital Bijie Hospital from April 2021 to December 2022 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given individualized nursing based on the control group.The psychological state,quality of life before and after nursing,before and after 12 h operation pain,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,the scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)in both groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of physical function,material life,social function,and psychological function in both groups were higher than those before nursing,the scores of physical function,material life,social function and psychological function in the observation group were higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 h operation,the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the two groups were lower than those before operation,and the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized nursing can improve the bad mood and quality of life of patients undergoing gallstone surgery and reduce pain.
