Effect of Refined Nursing on Patients Undergoing Hysteroscopic Endometrial Polypectomy
Objective:The explore the effect of refined nursing on patients undergoing hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy.Method:A total of 90 patients undergoing hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy admitted to the Changshu Second People's Hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to 1∶1 ratio,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing during hospitalization,and the observation group was given refined nursing based on the control group.Complications,pain condition,hospital stay,quality of life before and after nursing,nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and material life status of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Refined nursing can effectively improve the quality of life of patients undergoing hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy,reduce complications,relieve pain of patients,accelerate postoperative recovery,and improve patient satisfaction.
