Effect of Cognitive-early Warning Intervention on Lung Function,Quality of Life and Rehabilitation Compliance in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Objective:To explore the effect of cognitive-early warning intervention on lung function, quality of life and rehabilitation compliance in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Method:A total of 97 patients with COPD who admitted to Guangzhou First People's Hospital from January 2020 to November 2022 were selected as the research objects, the patients were divided into the control group(48 cases)and the study group(49 cases)by random number table method established by Excel table. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given cognitive-early warning intervention on the basis of the control group, the lung function[forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),one second rate(FEV1/FVC%)],quality of life at admission and discharge and rehabilitation compliance of two groups were evaluated.Result:At discharge,FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC%in two groups were higher than those at admission, and those in the study group were higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);at discharge, the scores of symptoms, activity ability and disease impact in two groups were lower than those at admission, and those in the study group were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the rehabilitation compliance of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cognitive-early warning intervention can improve COPD patients'lung function, improve quality of life, and enhance patient rehabilitation compliance.
