摘要
目的:探究以积极心理学理论为指导的护理在精神分裂症患者中的应用.方法:选取 2020 年 7 月—2022 年3 月惠州市第二人民医院收治的 68 例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象.根据随机数表法将其分为观察组(n=34)和对照组(n=34).对照组给予传统护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予积极心理学理论为指导的护理.比较两组护理后幸福进取度、生活质量及精神分裂症严重程度.结果:护理后,观察组人际关系、困难克服、自我肯定、幸福感、学习成长、目标管理评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,观察组生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,观察组焦虑忧郁、缺乏活力、思维障碍、激活性、敌对性评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:以积极心理学理论为指导的护理在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果理想,能够有效提高患者生活质量.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of nursing guided by positive psychology theory in patients with schizophrenia.Method:Sixty-eight patients with schizophrenia admitted to the Huizhou Second People's Hospital from July 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into observation group(n=34)and control group(n=34)according to random number table method.The control group was given traditional nursing,and the observation group was given nursing guided by positive psychology theory on the basis of control group.The degree of happiness,quality of life,severity of schizophrenia after nursing were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,the scores of interpersonal relationships,overcoming difficulties,self affirmation,happiness,learning and growth,and goal management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the physiological function,role physiological,physical pain,overall health,energy,social function,emotional function,and mental health scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety,depression,lack of vitality,thinking disorders,activation,and hostility in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of nursing guided by positive psychology theory in patients with schizophrenia is ideal,which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
