Effect of Fiber Bronchoscope Sputum Aspiration and Alveolar Lavage Combined with Xiyanping Injection in the Treatment of Severe Pneumonia Complicated with Respiratory Failure
Objective:To investigate the effect of fiber bronchoscope sputum aspiration and alveolar lavage combined with Xiyanping Injection in the treatment of severe pneumonia complicated with respiratory failure.Method:A total of 106 patients with severe pneumonia complicated with respiratory failure admitted to Binhai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to October 2022 were selected.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into reference group and combination group,with 53 cases in each group.Reference group was given fiber bronchoscope sputum aspiration and alveolar lavage,and combination group was given Xiyanping Injection treatment on the basis of reference group.The inflammatory factors,immune indexes before and after treatment and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the levels of interleukin-2(IL-2)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in both groups were decreased,and the levels of TNF-α and IL-2 in combination group were lower than those in reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)in the two groups were increased,and the levels of IgA and IgM in combination group were higher than those in reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combination group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fiber bronchoscope sputum aspiration and alveolar lavage combined with Xiyanping Injection has more significant clinical effect in the treatment of patients with severe pneumonia complicated with respiratory failure,which can effectively regulate the immune function of patients and promote their recovery.
