Value of Ethoestradiol Cyproterone Tablets Combined with Hysteroscopy in Perimenopausal Patients with Abnormal Uterine Bleeding
Objective:To study the value of Ethoestradiol Cyproterone Tablets combined with hysteroscopy(HS)for perimenopausal patients with abnormal uterine bleeding(AUB).Method:A total of 152 perimenopausal patients with AUB treated in Jiangle General Hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the study objects and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 76 cases in each group.The control group was treated with HS,and the observation group was treated with Ethinestradiol Cyproterone Tablets combined with HS.The hormone levels[prolactin(PRL),estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)],bleeding cessation time,menstrual volume[pictorial blood loss assessment chart(PBAC)],incidence of adverse reactions,hemoglobin concentration and endometrial thickness were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,the levels of PRL,E2,LH and FSH in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,PBAC scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the score in the observation group was lower than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The bleeding cessation time in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.95%(3/76),which was lower than 5.26%(4/76)in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(χ2=0.150,P>0.05).After treatment,the hemoglobin concentration in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the endometrial thickness were lower than those before treatment,and the hemoglobin concentration in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the endometrial thickness was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Ethinestradiol Cyproterone Tablets combined with HS in the treatment of perimenopausal AUB patients can reduce their hormone levels,shorten the hemostatic time,reduce menstrual volume,increase hemoglobin concentration and reduce endometrial thickness,and is relatively safe.
