Effect of Hemoperfusion Combined with Continuous Veno-venous Hemofiltration in the Treatment of Hyperlipidemic Acute Pancreatitis
Objective:To investigate the effect of hemoperfusion(HP)combined with continuous veno-venous hemofiltration(CVVH)in the treatment of hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis.Method:Eighty-five patients with hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis admitted to Bijie Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the observation objects.According to the order of treatment, the numbers are numbered from 1 to 85.After shuffling the numbers, they are randomly divided into control group(42 cases)and observation group(43 cases). Both groups were given conventional treatment, the control group was given CVVH treatment, and the observation group was given HP combined CVVH treatment. The clinical efficacy, relevant indicators, the severity of the disease and the degree of inflammation before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than 80.95%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of triglyceride(TG),amylase(AMS)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the two groups decreased, and the levels of TG,AMS and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of acute physiology and chronic health status scoring system Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)and systemic inflammatory response syndrome(SIRS)in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and the scores of APACHEⅡand SIRS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of HP combined with CVVH treatment in patients with hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis can significantly reduce blood lipids, alleviate inflammatory reactions, and have a significant effect.
