Application Value of Laparoscopic Radical Resection of Colorectal Cancer in Colorectal Cancer
Objective:To explore the application value of laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer in colorectal cancer and its influence on complications.Method:A total of 100 patients with colorectal cancer treated in Jiangxia District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Wuhan City from January 2015 to December 2019 were selected. They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given open radical resection of colorectal cancer, and the observation group was given laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer.Perioperative indexes, complications and survival indexes were compared between the two groups.Result:The operation time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, the amount of blood loss during operation was less than that of the control group, and the time of getting out of bed activity time was earlier than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in progression-free survival time, overall survival time and 3-year survival rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer has the advantages of short operation time, less blood loss volume and faster recovery.Compared with open surgery, although the long-term effect is comparable, laparoscopic surgery can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and shorten the length of hospital stay.
