Effect of Case Based Nutrition Tracking Management Combined with Exercise Therapy on Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Hypertension
Objective:To explore the effect of case based nutrition tracking management combined with exercise therapy on patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)complicated with hypertension.Method:Sixty patients with GDM complicated with hypertension who admitted to Hainan Modern Women and Children's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects, they were divided into the control group(n=30)and the observation group(n=30)according to the random number table method. The control group was given exercise therapy, and the observation group was given case based nutrition tracking management on the basis of the control group. The blood glucose, blood lipid, blood pressure, adverse maternal and infant outcomes and quality of life were compared between two groups.Result:After intervention, the levels of fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial glucose(2 h PG),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)in two groups were lower than those before intervention, and which in the observation group were lower than the control group, the high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and simple quality of life scale(SF-36)scores were higher than those before intervention, and which in the observation group were higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Case based nutrition tracking management combined with exercise therapy can improve blood glucose and lipid levels of patients with GDM complicated with hypertension, enhance blood pressure control, reduce the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes, and improve the quality of life.
