Analysis on the Current Situation of Puerperium Puerpera Fatigue and Its Related Influencing Factors
Objective:To observe the current situation of puerperium puerpera fatigue and analyze its related influencing factors.Method:A total of 81 puerperium puerpera who gave birth in Putian Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects.The fatigue assessment instrument(FAI)was used to evaluate the current situation of puerperal fatigue.The FAI scores of puerpera with different data were compared,the correlation factors of puerperal fatigue were analyzed by linear regression.Result:The average FAI score of 81 puerperium puerpera was(4.61±1.22)points,which was at the level of moderate fatigue.The FAI scores in puerpera with birth times≥2 times,caesarean section,exclusive breastfeeding,postpartum hemorrhage,low level of social support,poor sleep quality and poor psychological status were statistically higher than those with birth time of 1 time,spontaneous delivery,mixed or artificial feeding,moderate to high level of social support,good sleep quality and good psychological status,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistical differences in the FAI score of puerperas with different age,education level,family average monthly income,whether premature infants,occupational status of maternity(P>0.05).By linear regression analysis,the results showed that birth times≥2 times,cesarean section,pure breast milk,postpartum hemorrhage,low level of social support,poor sleep quality,and poor psychological status were the influencing factors of puerperal maternal fatigue(P<0.05).Conclusion:Puerperium puerpera with moderate fatigue levels,the degree of fatigue may be affected by the birth time,mode of delivery,feeding mode,postpartum hemorrhage,social support,sleep quality,psychological status and other factors.Clinical attention should be paid to the above factors and corresponding measures should be implemented.
