Analysis of Clinical Application Intention and Influencing Factors of Labor Analgesia in 600 Cases of Primipara
Objective:To analyze the clinical application intention and influencing factors of labor analgesia in 600 cases of primipara.Method:A total of 600 cases of primipara admitted to the Fuzhou Changle District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2008 to January 2021 were selected as the study objects, and their clinical application intention of labor analgesia was evaluated by questionnaire. The evaluation results of primipara with different age, degree of education, degree of social support, place of residence, form of residence, comorbidities during pregnancy, emotional state, occupational state, labor efficacy, income, payment method and previous surgical history were compared.Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of clinical application intention of primipara labor analgesia.Result:Among 600 primipara,a total of 379 cases had the intention to use analgesia during labor, the proportion was 63.17%.There were no statistically significant differences in the intention rate of labor analgesia application among primipara with different age, place of residence, form of residence, occupational state, income and payment method(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the intention rate of labor analgesia application among primipara with different degree of education, degree of social support, pregnancy comorbidities, emotional state, labor efficacy and previous surgical history(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that degree of education, degree of social support, pregnancy comorbidities, emotional state, labor efficacy and previous surgical history were all influencing factors of clinical application intention of primipara labor analgesia(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intention rate of labor analgesia in primipara is high, and the influencing factors include many aspects, which can be used as a reference for the formulation of clinical intervention measures.
