In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis has been proved to be effective in preventing thrombotic diseases.A number of studies have confirmed that a variety of Chinese medicines,Chinese medicine preparations and their active components can have a certain impact on platelet parameters,but the mechanism of action still needs to be further confirmed.In this paper,the application of platelet parameters in different diseases in recent years and the influence of traditional Chinese medicine for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis on platelet parameters were reviewed,with a view to evaluating the effectiveness of Chinese herbs in the treatment of related thrombotic diseases and providing references for long-term prognosis.
