Effect of Qizhi Weitong Granules Combined with Quadruple Therapy in the Treatment of Hp Infection Chronic Gastritis
Objective:To investigate the effect of Qizhi Weitong Granules combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection chronic gastritis.Method:Ninety-two patients with Hp infection chronic gastritis who were admitted to the Ya'an Polytechnic College Affiliated Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,46 cases in each group.The control group was given quadruple therapy,and the observation group was given Qizhi Weitong Granules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,Hp eradication condition,TCM symptom score,inflammatory response before and after treatment and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate and Hp eradication rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of pulse string astringency,dark tongue substance,chest tightness and Xitaixi,frequent belching,epigastric pain and full stomach distension were decreased in both groups,and the scores of pulse string astringency,dark tongue substance,chest tightness and Xitaixi,frequent belching,epigastric pain and full stomach distension in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of active inflammatory response and chronic inflammatory response were decreased in both groups,and the scores of active inflammatory response and chronic inflammatory response in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Qizhi Weitong Granules combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of Hp infection chronic gastritis can significantly improve the clinical treatment efficacy,improve the eradication rate of Hp,improve the clinical symptoms of chronic gastritis,reduce the active inflammatory reaction and chronic inflammatory reaction,with good safety.
