Clinical Observation on Chaiqin Chengqi Decoction in Treating Acute Pancreatitis of Damp Heat Stagnation Type
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Chaiqin Chengqi Decoction in treating acute pancreatitis with damp heat stagnation type.Method:A total of 90 patients with acute pancreatitis of damp heat stagnation type treated in Xuyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to October 2022 were selected,they were divided into study group(45 cases)and control group(45 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with Octreotide,and the study group was treated with Chaiqin Chengqi Decoction.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of both groups decreased in all dimensions,and the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)levels were decreased in both groups,and the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,serum albumin(ALB)levels increased,blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and total bilirubin(TBIL)levels decreased,and ALB level in the study group was higher than that in the control group,BUN and TBIL levels were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions such as facial redness and swelling,gastrointestinal bleeding and rash in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chaiqin Chengqi Decoction has a significant effect in the treatment of acute pancreatitis of damp heat stagnation type,which can promote the improvement of inflammation and liver and kidney function in patients,and help alleviate clinical symptoms,with high treatment safety.
